Scargill Infant School

Aim

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, Scargill Infant School wanted to create a short video that would provide parents of reception-aged children with an insight into school life.

What we did

Over the course of a day, we filmed everything that prospective parents would want to see including the school building and facilities, classrooms, teaching and generally the children having fun whilst learning. Although we captured the whole school, the key focus was on the reception classes and how children make that transition into their first year of education. We also captured interviews and speeches with the Academy CEO, the Headteacher, the Deputy Headteacher and the Early Years lead. As well as the main video we also provided Scargill with 3 social edits and a series of photographs for their website.
