R L Morris Estates wanted a content package as part of the relaunch for their updated branding and website. As an estate agent, they face stiff competition in their local area larger corporate entities. Being a smaller independent business, they wanted to produce a film that would show the personable side to the company and how Richard, the Director, has a strong affiliation with South Woodford where the company is based.

What we did

Over the course of several days we filmed the various sequences that are shown throughout this film. Our goal was to highlight the Grade II listed building that R L Morris have their office in, as well as showcasing the amenities of South Woodford and the various types of property in the area. In total, we delivered one main promotional film, as well as several social edits and a selection of edited photographs.
