Aim

In late February 2021, we collaborated with MullenLowe Group UK to capture a variety of visual content that would be used as part of a campaign for the Department of Education. The messaging with this campaign was focussed around encouraging children to go back to school following the third national lockdown and to highlight the rapid testing kits that were going to be made available to both students and teachers.

What we did

Over the course of 2 days we shot in both a primary and secondary school, with secondary schools requiring children to wear a face covering in class. Due to the national lockdown still going on at the time, we were only able to work with children of key workers which meant we were rather limited in terms of what we could capture. With this in mind, we also provided MullenLowe with a selection of stills from our previous work with schools (after we had obtained parental permission) enabling them to have more variety when creating the digital assets.
