Aim

Crystal Collections wanted to create a video that could be featured on their website, but also sent out to potential clients in a bid to win new business. Vehicle collection and debt recovery is notoriously a hostile nature of work and our aim was to showcase how Crystal Collections liaise with customers and ensure a smooth and simple service.

What we did

We wanted to show all aspects of the business, from the staff in the office, to the vehicle recovery team who deal directly with customers. By using a drone we were able to showcase the size of their Essex-based HQ and put into perspective just how many collections they carry out. In terms of deliverables, we provided Crystal Collections with the main film, several social edits and photographs.
